2. Product and price

The product is Little Bear Trail – Digital Audio Guide. It is digital content supplied through a web browser for a one-time payment of €7.99. It is not a subscription and there is no automatic renewal, monthly fee, physical delivery or delivery charge.

The purchase includes the paid audio stories described on the purchase page, a digital hand-drawn trail map, advance download for offline use and the other paid features currently described in the product.

3. Delivery, start and duration of access

Access begins immediately after Stripe has confirmed the payment. The content is delivered electronically by opening the paid features in the browser. Access has no automatic expiry date in the current implementation. The browser access cookie expires after one year, but the customer can restore access with the recovery code supplied in the order confirmation.

4. Technical requirements

Offline use means that content selected for offline use is downloaded in advance. Payment, access restoration and content that has not been downloaded still require an internet connection.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. The price and product identifier are determined on the server and verified again from Stripe before access is granted. Available payment methods are shown by Stripe at Checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal for digital content

The statutory 14-day withdrawal period begins when the contract is concluded. Before payment, the customer separately requests that delivery of the digital content begin immediately during the withdrawal period and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once delivery begins. The consent and acknowledgement are recorded and confirmed by email in a durable form.

If these legal conditions have not been met, the customer's statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

A withdrawal notice may be submitted using the online function on the Cancellations and complaints page, the model withdrawal form, or by email to timo@pienikarhunkierros.fi. An email confirmation showing the content of the notice and its date and time of receipt is sent for notices submitted using the online function.

7. Defects and statutory remedies

Korpiretket is responsible for conformity of the digital content as required by mandatory consumer law. These terms do not limit statutory liability. If the content is defective, contact Korpiretket without undue delay. Depending on the circumstances, statutory remedies may include bringing the content into conformity, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

8. Responsible hiking and safety

Follow official trail signs, instructions of the national park, weather and wildfire warnings, and your own assessment of conditions. The audio guide supports the hike but does not replace an official map, a separate GPS device, navigation skills, suitable equipment or the user's own safety assessment. This provision does not exclude Korpiretket's mandatory statutory liability.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

Send order, payment, access, technical and complaint matters to timo@pienikarhunkierros.fi. Korpiretket aims to resolve matters directly with the customer.

If the dispute cannot be resolved, a consumer resident in Finland may contact Consumer Advisory Services and may then bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board. The customer should first contact Korpiretket.

10. Governing law

Finnish law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection provided by the law of the consumer's country of residence.
